These terms govern your use of LinkWright's AI-assisted call handling service. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
LinkWright is operated from Baldock, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Contact us at privacy@linkwright.co.uk.
LinkWright provides an AI-assisted inbound call handling service for UK trade businesses. The service includes an AI receptionist (Aiva) that answers inbound calls, captures caller enquiries, classifies urgency, attempts call transfers, and delivers enquiry data to a client dashboard.
The service is provided on a subscription basis. Your subscription plan determines the number of included minutes per month and the applicable overage rate.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
If your usage exceeds your plan's included minutes, overage charges will apply at the rate specified in your plan. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree to use the service only for legitimate business purposes. You must not use the service to handle calls in a manner that is deceptive, misleading, or unlawful.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws, including those relating to call recording consent and data protection.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the service.
The service uses AI voice technology to handle inbound calls. Calls may be recorded and transcribed. You are responsible for ensuring that callers to your business number are informed that their call will be handled by an AI system and may be recorded.
LinkWright's AI system is designed to capture enquiries accurately, but we do not guarantee that every call will be handled perfectly. You should review enquiry data regularly and follow up directly where needed.
Call and enquiry data captured through the service is your business data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. We do not use your client data for our own commercial purposes.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. Our full data handling practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The service depends on third-party infrastructure including Twilio (telephony) and Retell AI (voice AI). Outages affecting these providers may affect service availability.
We will notify you of any planned maintenance that affects service availability where reasonably practicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkWright's liability to you is limited to the total subscription fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed business opportunities, or consequential losses arising from service interruption, missed calls, or inaccurate call handling.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a manner that causes harm to others.
On termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted, unless you request an earlier deletion or a longer retention period is required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
